GYCC: Coaching Leaders for Greater Effectiveness
How can you help the leaders in your congregation grow to the next level and empower them for more fruitful ministry? Effective coaching is one key. In the first 20 years of his ministry, Jim Griffith started five different congregations. Over the past eleven years, he has engaged in a full-time coaching ministry. In this seminar, Jim will explore the basics of utilizing effective coaching for leadership development.
Rev. Jim Griffith is the Founder of Griffith Coaching Network, a network of coaches committed to helping church leaders develop more fruitful ministries. Jim has trained over 5000 church leaders, 500 church coaches, and conducted over 400 assessments of pastoral candidates. Additionally, he coaches 15-20 churches each year. His vast experiences and intuitive skills help leaders discern the directions they need to take.
